How to Steep: Rouge Bourbon: 1.5 tsp 2.5 gm, 8 oz water, 212°F, steep 4–5 min. Marco Polo Rouge: 1 tsp, 8 oz water, 212°F, steep 4–5 min. Rouge Métis: 1.5 tsp, 8 oz water, 208°F, steep 4–5 min.
